We've just added green, yellow and red color coding to the columns to make this handout even easier to read and use. This eating guide takes
weight control back to the basics. It shows patients how to eat a
nutritionally sound diet while making lower calorie choices. It
offers guidance on how many servings are needed from each food group at 1200, 1600, 2000 and 2400 calorie levels. This handy chart lists specific foods within each group by low, moderate and high calorie
choices and offers tips and suggestions for cutting calories. In
addition to the main food groups, listings are given for fats &
condiments, beverages, snacks & desserts and fast foods. This is
not new information, but a neat, colorful way to show patients
exactly how to do what you've long been telling them--make wise food
choices. 11" x 17" printed both sides and folded in half.
